From cleaning guest bedrooms in hotels, to parking cars, waiting tables, dealing with complaints & working for 5 star brands, I’ve been there & got the t-shirt. It’s been the stomach lurching moments as well as the wonderful experiences with customers that led me to really get to grips with what takes a client or customer from a one time buyer to someone who can’t get enough of you & won’t hesitate to recommend you to their pals. (I also know exactly what pisses them off too!)
